CA'N XIMET and Tolo Oliver

Your very local estate agency.

When you enter the world of Tolo Oliver and his family you are in the Soller Valley. Tolo Oliver is named after the patron saint of Soller - St Bartholomew and this is significant because this is the place he loves with a great passion. Tolo knows everyone and his real estate business is the centre of his world. After an early life in banking Tolo changed direction into helping the people of the Soller Valley sell their houses. This was many years ago and since then Tolo has been at the heart of thousands of property transactions right here in his home City.

It all started in a back office of the local tobacconists which is also a Tolo family business. The sale of cigarettes, lottery tickets and local newspapers sat alongside the sale of houses. The shop was a community hub and the chats over purchases took place daily.

Tolo’s business interests these days’ reach far and wide. The Ferrocarril which controls the Soller Train, Tram and Can Prunera Museum of Modern Art is a company he is also proudly part of.

Tolo is assisted by his equally dynamic family. Daughter Marga is the calming presence that holds it all together when 10 transactions are happening at once. Her legal training and real estate qualifications have added huge value to the business. Together Tolo and Marga make a formidable Real Estate team.

The Official Lottery ticket sales and tobacconists still exist and is right next door to the CAN XIMET Real Estate office. They still have an interconnecting door so the family businesses merge into one and are at the heart of all that Tolo and his family do.

Tolo represents many sellers in the area who use the services of his company exclusively. This is very unusual in the estate agency world of Mallorca and highlights the particular personal relationship that exists between local sellers and the Tolo Oliver family.

Can Ximet look forward to being of service to you in the selling, purchasing and renting of homes in the Soller Valley.
