Sa Lluna Dolca and Dalt Vila

A taste of Soller to take home and eat

Home cooked Mallorquin cuisine is the delight of many local Sollerics and visitors. Take-away lunch or dinner takes on a new dimension here and just join the queue. Fortunately there are two places to choose from as Sa Lluna Dolca has been joined by Dalt Vila – behind Soller Church. A take away ‘menu del dia’ is available from Monday to Friday while at weekends the focus changes to Asian Fusion.

Grandmothers cooking is well respected in Soller. This means these two openings are highly regarded in the local community for bringing back the tastes of the old days. At weekends the flair and Asian synchronicity comes from Singaporean Kenny – who many already know. They have enjoyed his cuisine for years in Fornalutx. Here we are in the world of Lemon Chicken, Sweet Chili Chicken, spring rolls and very special fried rice amongst other delights.

Outside catering for groups is another feature of the work here. The authentic paella and arroz brut is often called for in large family gatherings and parties. Local dishes cooked by local people is exactly what is on offer here for medium sized group catering.

Toni Vicens and his team are very excited to bring the real taste of Mallorca to the tables of Soller and the surrounding area. Kestine is the happy lady who will serve you in Sa Lluna Dolca and Marga, the superb local chef, is the person you will meet in Dalt Vila. All the staff hope you enjoy your authentic take away and return often for more.
