Modern Bistro In A Classical Townhouse Hotel + Summer Dining In The Garden

L'Avenida Hotel has been at the forefront of hospitality in the Soller valley for over 10 years now, and is continuing this progressive trend with the opening of its new casual dining bistro this year. Sal Negra (meaning Black Salt) offers a seasonal and creative 'a la carte' menu in its cozy lobby bar (in the cooler spring and autumn months) and outside, under the stars by the pool, in the summer months. The food is fresh, simple and brings influences from Mallorca and beyond to the table.

Choose from modern Mediterranean bistro dishes as Carpaccio of Cod with Black Caviar, Chargrilled Squid with Habas Beans & Mint Butter, as well as Fennel Crusted Pork Belly or 8-hour Beef Brisket with Pedro Ximenez Reduction.

The menu is complemented by a small but handpicked wine list with Mallorcan vintages, classic cocktails and Soller beers.

Sal Negra is currently open Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings from 19.30, until the 31st October.
