Alemany Restaurant

High quality, seasonal cuisine with views of the Tramuntana

Tucked away in the pretty streets of Soller, the Alemany restaurant looks forward to welcoming you. Their food philosophy is of the freshest local ingredients blended to offer fine dining and a food experience. Joan and his team are excited to be given the opportunity to invite you into their traditional and innovative world.

The finest restaurants of the Soller Valley are where Joan learned his passion for food. Years of working with the best was followed by becoming a Head Chef in the yachting world. Travel and a great experience of the foods of each country visited, has influenced the dining choices now offered at Alemany.

The Alemany family is well represented in the restaurant as Joan works alongside his sister and brother to create their superb cuisine. Food is definitely a family affair in the Alemany world.

At Alemany Restaurant, their philosophy is based on seasonal cuisine which celebrates fresh, high-quality ingredients. They follow a strict seasonal calendar, and delicious simplicity stands out in their kitchen. They deeply respect each product, avoiding masking it with unnecessary spices or flavours foreign to the dish.

The restaurant is open for lunch and dinner from Tuesday to Sunday (Closed Monday). A set menu is offered for lunch from Tuesday to Saturday plus the a la carte menu.

The Alemany restaurant is located at the Hotel Ca’l Bisbe in central Soller.

Joan and the team look forward to welcoming you soon.
