At Groenk Pizza, they celebrate authentic Neapolitan pizza, made with carefully selected ingredients, slow-fermented dough, and baked to perfection.
Fermented for 30 hours, hand-stretched, and topped with beautiful tomatoes and mozzarella di bufala. It is then baked in a wood-fired oven at 800-900°F (430-480°C) for only 60-90 seconds, creating a thin, soft, and bubbly crust.
A choice of toppings and local flavours and you are good to go, or stay. The welcome is always warm at the Groenk pizzeria in Soller, or you can take your meal home to enjoy.
The location of Groenk Pizza is known by all, on the L’horta roundabout. An emblematic home of hospitality revitalised with the taste of pizza authenticity. Homemade pasta is another taste of the Pizzeria and the most popular of desserts, their homemade Tiramisu, made in their own kitchens.
