‘House Owner Service’ is at the beginning of its roll out to the Soller Valley and other towns in Mallorca. This idea was born,in a team, with 15 years of knowledge of the requirements of those who own property in Mallorca. The journey just begins when the house sale and acquisition is finalised. The owners have the keys, deeds in Spanish, a raft of people and organisations to get to know before they can relax into their property.
HOS fully understand this and know many new arrivals are content when they have an ongoing relationship with their own Mallorca based PA. The services HOS offer start on day one with a discussion about your specific needs as a house owner in Mallorca.
From large to small projects, to accompanying you to translate official meetings, to providing essential workers to clean, garden and look after the pool. These are all part of the service. A relationship is established which allows your personal representative in Mallorca to work for you.
The word ‘relationship’ is key. To trust another with your most precious project is an act of faith. To come and sit in our office in the Lluna and chat with Monique is the beginning. In this pandemic world Zoom meetings are of course on offer. Languages spoken include English, German, Dutch and Spanish. We would love you to come and visit us if you can.
There are so many things people find they need help with. It is difficult to make an exhaustive list, so flexibility is the key together with a ‘can do’ attitude.
