The large infinity pool is a delight and to swim amongst the outstanding mountain views and countryside is an exquisite experience.
Oranges and lemons surround the outside space, and the dining terrace is a particular favourite for evening dining and watching the moon rise. It’s easy location between Deya, Soller and the Port mean that within minutes the vibe can change into a beautiful village, town or seaside experience. Together with the glory of the Tramuntana mountains this location has everything.

A rupit is a friendly robin, a plump bird, present all year round in Mallorca, but rarer in the summer months.
Rupit is also used to refer to sons and daughters. Some local people call their children Rupit as an affectionate nickname. Look out for the Rupits in the gardens here. You will always associate them with this glorious holiday home.
