Two friends, Samuel and Filipa, decided to take over the market bar and create a beautiful simbiosis of authentic Mallorcan cuisine with a modern twist to attract locals as well as people visiting Soller.
From Tuesday to Saturday from 8 am to 4 pm the Vermuteria is open in the Soller Market. Great food, wine, beer, vermouth plus excellent coffee. Come and have breakfast at this authentic venue where the market ambience adds to the experience.
If you prefer you can choose meat and fish from the market and get Samu to cook it for you. The experience can be that instant and dynamic. Samu’s food preparation is second to none, from tapas to a full lunch you will enjoy every mouthful.
The authenticity is a unique feature of the Vermuteria, which is at the very heart of the community of Soller. Everyday shopping, chatter and exchange of information goes alongside the great food and welcome. Tapas, Pinchos, sweet tastes and more are to be found here, freshly prepared each day.
